How to Talk About LGBT Issues

I get many letters from women, both old and young, who are unsure how to bring up the topic of homosexuality. Sometimes they think their friend has a crush on them, but they are not sure. Other times they want to come out to someone, perhaps someone they like, but are not sure how to start the conversation. Because of the taboo in our culture about homosexuality and sex in general, many people are uncomfortable just coming out and talking about these issues. Here are a few suggestions on How to talk about being Lesbian, Gay or Bisexual.
