Where Can Gays and Lesbians Marry?

Everything is changing so rapidly. Two weeks ago, San Francisco was the only place gays and lesbians could marry in the United States. Then New Mexico began issuing marriage licenses, only to stop a short time later. Then the small town of New Paltz, NY was next to jump on the same-sex marriage band wagon, only to stop a week later. And don't forget Cananda, Belgium and The Netherlands. So, where can same sex couples marry? This article will be updated as things continue to change.
