New Jersey is Next

New Jersey was the latest state to jump on the same-sex marriage bandwagon. Two men were married yesterday in Asbury Park. New Jersey's Superior court recently ruled that gay and lesbian marriages were not permitted in that state. Several couples have filed to challenge that ruling, saying it is a violation of the state constitution. In the meantime, more gay couples could be wed in New Jersey. Six couples applied for applications and could be wed as early as Thursday. Read the full story here.
