How to Marry in Oregon or Massachusetts

As of yesterday, gays and lesbians can no longer get married in San Francisco. New Paltz, New York and Asbury Park, New Jersey have also stopped issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples. Right now, it looks like Portland, Oregon is the only place in the United States where gays and lesbians can legally marry. Beginning May 17th, Massachusetts will begin issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples. Are you planning a wedding? Here's what you need to know to get married in Massachusetts.
