Where Can Gays and Lesbians Get Married?

Some days I'm sitting around with my partner and I look over at her and I realize that we are married. When I came out as a lesbian, I never thought the day would come when I would be able to marry the woman I intend to spend the rest of my life with. Even though it's been two months since our wedding day, it still kind of blows my mind that we are actually legally married in our own country. Although we know there's a movement to try and stop gays and lesbians from marrying, it's also true that it's much harder to take rights away once they are granted. Well, i want to get married with my partner but i dont think we should because the ups and downs we tend to have weekly. Like for example. Let’s say the house is unclean. but i wasnt home all day and its been like that since yesturday. She would yell at me and i would yell back at her. Afterwards we would get so close to each other and look into each other’s eyes and kiss the it would lead the the couch or bedroom and sometimes kitchen table. but anyway. I don’t know if wanna get married or not..
Can some one help me? My partner asked me to marry her 2 years ago but she lefted for the military and was told to set things up but the election came around and prop 8 killed my dreams. When we finally decided to go threw with it she was called to go to afganistan. Now being gay is really bad when in the navy. Should we put our love aside so that she could finish her military career? She loves me and i love her but i dont want to get her into any trouble.
