Dear Kathy:
I have had sexual partners in the past (male and female) but have never come close to having an orgasm with them. When I masturbate I have to touch myself really lightly and through fabric. I am now in a long term relationship and when my girlfriend touches me it feels amazing and I get really close, but I can't ever have an orgasm. It feels like it will happen but the pleasure becomes too intense; It starts to feel almost painfully sensitive, I begin to physically shake and I end up having to stop. What can I do to change this as I know it could be really fantastic and both me and my girlfriend are getting very frustrated!

Dear Jill
Believe it or not, you are not alone. As a matter of fact, Web MD reports that, according to a recent study of women between the ages of 18-59, 43% have complaints about sexual function, including orgasm problems. What can you do about it? Here's some advice about lesbian orgasm problems.

I used to be the SAME way. I would shake and it seemed almost painful. And then, one lone night, by myself, I kept going, pushed past what I thought was pain and BAM!!! Now, it never feels like “pain” and I always do. Good luck, but know, your NOT alone….I was almost 40 when it happend!!

ya…since you have never orgasmed…it will be ‘painful’ that first time, but its like a big pop of relief when it happens and everytime after that…it’ll be amazing

I couldn’t have orgasms too and it hurt me too much because I had to fake them… I took Sentia and I don’t know whether it was Sentia or not but now I feel orgasms sometimes. It’s also helpful to tense muscles.

It was Sentia. My partner started feeling orgasms just after having the course of this supplement.

I couldn’t have orgasms before taking Sentia pills. I took it for about a month or something.
