How to Get a Vermont Civil Union

Vermont is known for two things: maple syrup and civil unions. Gay and lesbian couples from out of state still can’t get married in Massachusetts, but they can get a civil union in Vermont. Vermont is the first state to allow gays and lesbians all the state-wide rights of married couple. Here’s what you need to know about getting a Vermont civil union.
