Lipstick & Dipstick's Essential Guide to Lesbian Relationships

Thursday November 15, 2007
Can I brag a little? My very first book, Lipstick & Dipstick's Essential Guide to Lesbian Relationships has just hit the store shelves. Some of you know that in addition to Lesbian Life, I also write a lesbian advice column with Gina Daggett in Curve magazine called Lipstick & Dipstick. Well, Lipstick and I have published our first book with Alyson Books. The book is a guide for lesbian relationships, but I must warn you, when I write from Dipstick's point of view, I can be a bit more crass and snarky than I am on the pages of Lesbian Life.

Even so, I think fans of my relationship advice here will appreciate Lipstick & Dipstick's Essential Guide. Here's what comedian Suzanne Westenhoefer had to say, "Finally! What we've been missing from Oprah and Dr. Phil! Lip and Dip bring unflinching truth to gay gals who are in, near, or want a relationship. And they drench it all with great gobs of humor. Irresistible."

Look for it at your local bookstore, or check out prices online.

Hey I picked up your book at Powell’s on a trip down from Tacoma. I loved it. As a shiny new dyke, I found it enlightening and not condescending. I think one of the things I enjoy most about the interplay between you and Lip is that you don’t always agree. It feels like real advice.

So thanks!
