Kate Brown: Oregon Secretary of State

In January, Kate Brown will become the most prominent elected bisexual person in the United States when she takes office as Oregon's Secretary of State. Kate has served in Oregon's legislature since 1991 and has been a strong advocate for both women's rights rights and GLBT rights in her terms in office. I love that lesbian life doesn’t leave out the other women in the community, including bi- and trans- women! I love hearing about these other women as well as lesbians in the newsletter! Information brings us all together and in the end, that’s what I really enjoy!
