Hello my name is Jordon and I wanted to know how to set up my marriage with my fiancé? We plan on getting married April 16, 2011 and I'm just trying to get everything set up now so we can be ready. We are going to go to Connecticut for our ceremony.

Jordon, good for you for planning ahead. Connecticut is one of the two states in the U.S. that allows same-sex marriage. Here is everything you need to know to get married in Connecticut:

Hey there! CT is a wonderful place to have a wedding. My partner & I were married in late 09…and it was wonderful. I am an events planner located in the Greater Hartford Area, please feel free to contact me if you would like to talk!

My partner and I are looking to get married in October 2011, in Massachusetts or the Hartford area. Any suggestions for specific locations? We would ideally like a place on water or with a mountain view.

Thank you!
