Question: What is the difference between bisexual and two-spirit?
Answer: "Two-Spirit" is a term the Native Americans used for gay, lesbian bisexual and trans people or people who cross dress in ceremonies. In some cultures they were considered to be gifted, having qualities of both sexes and valued as medicine people.

Bisexual is someone who is attracted to members of both sexes.
