Question: Where Can I Marry Without Having to be a Resident?
Same sex marriage is now legal in a handful of states in the US. Which ones can you get married in without being a resident?
Answer: All of the states the currently allow same-sex marriage allow out-of-state residents to marry. For a while Massachusetts had a restriction on out-of-state marriages, but that was lifted.

In the United States gays and lesbians can legally marry in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Iowa, Vermont (beginning September 1, 2009) Maine (beginning mid-September 2009)and New Hampshire (beginning Jan. 1, 2010).
