Queers on Television
Lesbian and Gay TV Networks

By , About.com Guide

Gays and lesbians can have a hard time finding images of themselves on TV. But thanks to some new queer-specific television networks, programming for lesbians and gays will be available 24 hours a day on several different networks. These gay and lesbian specific networks are available in the US and Canada to cable and satellite subscribers.
Q Television

Q Television Network was available to subscribers via satellite TV networks, but went off the air in Spring of 2006.
