Where I met my partner?
I met my girlfriend online through a mutual friend. She was in a dark place when I first met her and all I could think of was that I wanted to make her happy again. I instantly knew she was special. We were friends for about five months, but after two I was already in love with her. But it was near impossible to see her because she lives far away. She was fifteen and I was seventeen when I met her, but I still knew that she was perfect for me.
How we fell in love
The distance makes it hard to be together but we fight to stay together. When I saw her for the first time we had been together for a month. I had thought about it a thousand times how I would first kiss her but when I took her to my favourite park by the harbor, I watched the sunlight catch her hair and reflect in her eyes and I’d never seen anything more beautiful. I couldn’t wait any longer – I kissed her right there and then. It was sweet and gentle and my heart was racing like a jackhammer. It was in that moment that I knew I was hopelessly in love with her. She came out to her parents after three months of being together and they miraculously accepted us. We have been together ever since and I want to be with her always. The perfect day is everyday being with her and knowing that she loves me.
