Rage by Julie Anne Peters
- It's a book about dating abuse in a teenage lesbian relationship. It's a YA novel. I loved this book, it was beautiful and frustrating and sad.

Behind the Pine Curtain by Gerr Hill
- Beautiful love story that starts in high school with a crush, ended traumatic for both women, length of time has passed and now they are forceably confronted with old feelings. I just love the way Gerri pulls it all together.

Hello, Groin by Beth Goobie
- This is a coming of age book, so it's more aimed at a younger group of readers, I found it in my school library, it is the only single LGBT related book in our entire school, but still excellent for others as well. It's just simply about a girl who learns to let herself be who she really is, stand up for herself, and let her true emotions come to the surface. She learns to appreciate herself. It's a great lesbian novel, and I recommend it. :) It's fantastic, funny, sad, and happy all at the same time. Beth Goobie did a great job.

Blackjack by Lee Singer
- A grab-the-edge-of-your-seat thriller, with a sexy, gorgeous, strong heroine making a life as a mercenary in the unrecognizable, terrifying America of 2066. The author, writing as Shelley Singer, has a dozen other books worthy of your consideration. Her really fine writing deserves the support of our community.

The Secret Trilogy by Francine St Marie
- This was the most wonderful story of true love. The best I have read. I could not put this book down once I started it and I loved every minute of this book.

The Smallest Island
- The Smallest Island by Charlotte Marriott is the ultimate coming-of-age story of a girl named Grace Gallo, who has done everything by the books until, right after her high school graduation, her life takes an unexpected turn that is totally out of her control. When she wakes up on the mysteriously beautiful Ridley Island and is greeted by a family of ageless, immortal mermaids who also drifted in from the human world at varying points in history and places in the world only to learn that she has become their most recent member, Grace experiences with them all the things she avoided in high school by having been a "well-behaved girl". Ultimately, she must decide whether to hide away for eternity with the mermaids or go back to the human world and risk their secret world's exposure. "The Smallest Island" fearlessly delves into issues we must all face at one point or another, such as a haunting past, sexuality, and how a single choice can change everything.

Chrystal Clear by Shonda
- This is a great book by the somewhat elusive author, Shonda. Personally, i've been unable to find out much about her other than what's on her web site, but it really doesn't matter. her books are good! Really good.

Fried Green Tomatoes by Fannie Flagg
- Quite possibly my favorite book of all times. I've read it over and over again and keep discovering new things I never noticed before. While the movie adaptation was fantastic, it doesn't do the book justice. The lesbian sub-story is definitely more evident within the novel.

"Shirley And Pipsi...In their own words.
- My partner died in Oct.2008 but she did see our book published/1 It was a finalist in two categories at the GSLS-Awards in Florida,2009. The story tells how we fell in love thru correspondence in early 1970's before actually meeting! Pls.visit my web-site at www.shirleyandpipsi.com which describes the book . Everyone who has read it said thatthey did not want it to end. Pipsi (Sylvia Paymer) is the Mother of David Paymer, well known actor and director, and Steve Paymer, writer and actor, are my step sons and I have a close relationship with them. I am selling the books myself because the publisher did not have a Gay&Lesbian category at the time of publishing, (had I known that, I would not have chosen them to publish This is a true, wonderful romance. In 2005 I had a double mastectomy and writing the book became my therapy. When Pipsi became ill I did not do much in the way of marketing but now I have been urged to get the news out. All those who have read it said it's great!
