Ok so, my girlfriend and I much appreciated the list of video’s as well. So I ordered the video Coming Home, I was pleased with the prompt service I ordered the DVD last Sunday, March 23rd. It arrived March 27th, wow now thats service. My girl and I don’t live in the same city she is arriving April 5th I told her I’d wait for her to come to watch it. I guess curiosity got to me, I’ll just pop it in for a second to see a Little Snippit of the first one. So when I opened the packed I said to myself uh oh, this doesnt look very professional. I didnt want to judge a book by its cover. I popped it in the dvd player and the opening screen was hazy and unfocused. Then it went to the menu screen and NOTHING. The little cursor wouldn’t move. I tried 3 different dvd players, it would not work. I called them the next day they were very apologetic and promptly sent out a new DVD. I hope and pray this one works. I must respond to my prior post. I called Saturday morning March 29th, I got homme from work today March 31st and the new DVD was there. Excellent service and the DVD plays fine.
