I tried 3 different dvd players, it would not work. I called them the next day they were very apologetic and promptly sent out a new DVD. I hope and pray this one works. I must respond to my prior post. I called Saturday morning March 29th, I got homme from work today March 31st and the new DVD was there. Excellent service and the DVD plays fine.
