I'm Sarah and my wife's name is Angi. We have been together 2 years and were recently married in Victoria, B.C.

Once we knew our commitment to each other was one that enhanced our individual lives and nurtured the one life that we are building together, it became clear that a private ceremony to dedicate our love was the next step. Through a lot of planning and talking about what would make our special day unique and personal, we realized that our step into the legal and social realm of marriage was one of revolution. MLK said if you are going to break an unjust law, do so "open and lovingly."
