Where I met my partner?
I met my partner outside of my uncles party when I was 16, she was only 14 at the time but seemed much more mature. She was standing across the street with her friends admiring the live band and all the drunks, when I stumbled across the street (a bit tipsy myself) to ask them to hang out. At first I thought she was cute but did not think she was gay at the time. I myself had been out for a while and was just recently getting over my first girlfriend.They all came inside and talked with me and another friend. I got all three numbers and they left. She text me later on that night and it all began.
How we fell in love
We ended up talking and going on a date a week later. We went to the movies with my sister and brother, and had out first kiss. I felt something instantly and knew she was different from all the other girls I talked to. We dated a little and she broke up with me. Dated a guy. We stopped talking for six months. I would call and text every now and then with no response, so I gave up. But one day she text me and we began to talk again. At this point I was already in another relationship, but I knew my heart belonged to her. However, I ended falling in love with another girl and so did she. My relationship ended badly, as did hers, and we found comfort in each other. Now we're together and I couldn't be happier. She is perfect for me, and I know she is the one I want to spend forever with.
Advice
- Don't try too hard to find love, it will find you. True love never goes away, it is always there and appears when you least expect it. Don't be afraid when you find that one person that makes your heart race, and leaves you breathless with every kiss and touch. It's a good thing to feel so attached, heart breaks happen, but you must go through some of those to find the one who will put it back together and keep it that way. Love is pain and happiness.
